Achim from SimplyZigZag emailed me this listing for a €70 million Côte d'Azur villa, basically "the neighbour of this Russian billionaire" according to Achim. The villa sits on 15,000m2 (4 acres) of land according to the dedicated website. So if the mystery Russian billionaire paid €500 million for 20 acres (81,000 m2) or just under €6,200/m2; at €4,700/m2 (€70million/15,000m2) this seems like a true bargain!
